My Lying Problem

After being caught in my sin of lying to my parents, my parents decided to make me write a paper on lying, preach on the issue to my family, and memorize two passages. I decided to post my papers on here (I ended up doing two). One of the papers is more personal dealing with myself while the other is almost purely bible verses that lead you to the conclusion on its own. So I am going to follow this post with two posts. I struggle daily with this sin and I hope that you will pray for me as I wage a war inside myself.
